How do I get started?

Easy! Just go to the services page, see which service suits you best and fill out the form. I will reach out to you within 48 hours and we can take it from there.
Is there a minimum term for the weekly meal preps?

Yes! There is a 4 week minimum for weekly meal preps. But if you’re not 100% sure, we can do a one week trial.
